The Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education recently held an online conference on the construction of the international platform for online teaching of Chinese universities, launched the first batch of international online teaching platforms for universities "Love Courses" and "School Online", and established an international platform and curriculum construction committee and expert advisory group to support the online operation of the platform. The platform will launch a batch of high-quality courses that represent China's quality and have world standards, aiming to become a platform for the external display, exchange and application of China's higher education teaching results, and promote the global sharing of China's high-quality higher education teaching resources.

Central South University selected 13 courses as the first batch and recommended them to the "Love Courses" and "School Online" international platforms. The platforms are members of the Coursera Alliance, an international large-scale open online course project. Coursera cooperates with the world's top universities and institutions , and provides online courses that anyone can learn.

The MOOC "Five Disciplines of Management Quality and Ability-Follow Me to Learn Management" lectured by Professor Xiong Yongqing of our school was selected as one of the first international MOOC to be opened overseas. The English version successfully went online and is now available on the School Online International Platform.
