Business School of Central South University(CSU) signed school-enterprise cooperation agreement with SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in meeting room 220, management building on Dec. 18^th，2020. The attendees are: Mr. Liu Daojun, vice president of SANY and director of marketing & risk control department, Mr. Wang Lichao, president assistant of SANY and general manager of marketing & risk control department, Ms. Wan Duo, director assistant and senior manager of marketing & risk control department, Professor Gong Yanping, dean of the School, Professor Wang Zongrun, vice dean of the School, Professor Bi Wenjie, vice dean of the School, Professor Luo Jianhong, director of the marketing department, and Professor Zhou Wenhui from the marketing department.

Mr. Liu Daojun expressed huge expectation and trust for this cooperation, he thinks that by allying with the School and making full use of each other’s strength, great achievement will be made in talents training and joint development of scientific research. And he hopes to establish a cooperation platform for the organic combination and reasonable allocation of resources between the School and enterprise.

Dean Gong attached great importance and support for the cooperation with SANY. She pointed out that teaching and research shall be grounded in enterprise practices, uplifting practical problems to theoretical level, and enterprise should deal with the systematization of talent cultivation. Meanwhile, she emphasized the significance of innovating training method, replying “problem-focused demand” with “research-based learning”, so as to continuously optimize enterprise management.

Mr. Wang Lichao looked forward to accelerate the process of working with the School, which will support the establishment of theoretical model of specific projects and systematic framework of methodology.

Witnessed by all the attendees, Dean Gong and Vice President Liu, on behalf of CSU and SANY respectively, signed the cooperation agreement. After the meeting, the leaders have thorough discussions about the details of the cooperation.

Both parties achieved consensus on talent cultivation, internship base, marketing education base, scientific research project and other cooperation matters. It is believed that the cooperation will spark the enthusiasm for innovation research, pioneer a new model for professional talents preparation and create a new phase for business resource optimization.
