The unveiling ceremony of Joint Training Base for Postgraduates of Central South University(CSU) and Dahan Group was held on December 14, 2021. More than ten people, including Vice Dean Bi Wenjie of the School, Director Feng Yan of the General Management Department of Dahan Holding Group, and President Zhan Jiaqin from Dahan City Building Group, attended the ceremony.
Yi Jingzhang, Director of the Professional Degree Education Center of the School, firstly introduced the basic situation of CSU and the advantageous discipline clusters such as non-ferrous metal, medical, rail transportation, humanities and social science discipline clusters, showing the faculty strength and complete cultivation system of CSU. Secondly, he introduced the basic situation of the School and professional degree program construction. And he elaborated the base and the part-time tutors’ participation in the professional degree graduate students’ cultivation and the future benefits of university-enterprise cooperation for Dahan Group. He expressed that the establishment of the postgraduate training base will be a win-win situation for both sides, on which the advantages of both sides can be fully utilized to achieve mutual benefits in talent cultivation and business achievements transformation.
Vice Dean Bi Wenjie said that through the postgraduate joint training base, we hope that graduate students can go to enterprises for practice, and be able to apply what they have learned to practice, and we will actively face the demands of enterprises and industry to cultivate modern talents through enterprise learning and practice. Based on the concept of lifelong learning, CSU also welcomes the middle and senior management team of Dahan to return to the campus for improvement, forming a double promotion and win-win result together.
President Zhan said that Dahan Group is a comprehensive group of companies with a long history and has plenty of practical experience in enterprise growth and personnel training. Therefore, Dahan will do its best to build a practical training platform and organize a highly qualified enterprise tutor team, so that the graduate students who come to Dahan for internship can carry out specific practical activities and deepen their understanding of professional knowledge. At the same time, it also gives strict requirements for the ability enhancement of Dahan’s middle and senior managers, and hopes that CSU can provide professional guidance and help as well.
